Leaders’ Circle – the NAWBO®-SF Program
Designed for Women-Owned Businesses
With Revenues Over $2 million®

As women-owned businesses grow, they inevitably will encounter new challenges that come with increased revenue, market share, clientele and employees.

As a result, NAWBO®-SF launched Leaders’ Circle in 2006, a peer-to-peer advisory group for women business owners
with revenues over $2 million, a minimum of 10 employees and a willingness to share their goals and challenges with other women business owners in a confidential environment.

Wells Fargo Leaders’ Circle, presented by and hosted at Wells Fargo offices, meets for half-day sessions on a monthly basis and for a full-day session every quarter. The quarterly sessions are open to outside parties who are interested in joining
and want an opportunity to review the session.

Leaders’ Circle addresses relevant issues such as:

  • Learning to work on your business instead of in your business

  • Leveraging factors that impact company value for strategic advantage

  • Incorporating social responsibility as a business strategy
